Customer Experience 2025: Strong Results and Valuable Feedback

We are pleased to share that the results were very encouraging. In particular, our Net Promoter Score (NPS) reached 82, reflecting a strong level of customer satisfaction and trust in our services

At Transitainer Shipping, we believe that listening to our customers is essential for continuous improvement. To better understand how we are performing and how we can serve our clients even better, we recently conducted a customer experience survey.

The feedback we received highlighted the value our customers place on reliability, flexibility, and the personal approach we bring to every shipment. At the same time, the insights shared in the survey help us identify opportunities to further improve and develop our services.
